  Staff is helpful and they have what I'm looking for. If they don't have it they help you get it or offer up other suggestions that are similar to your needs. Love the sales that are always happening! Only down side is if you have a child and they need to use the restroom they have to go by the toys. Hahaha. Overall very satisfied

  If you want poor customer service go to Kohl's in kenosha. I've been going there for years, and have never had an issue until tonight. There shoe department is SO unorganized. I went to pay for my purchase, and the tag said a different price than what was coming up. Went back to the shoe department to find the associate. All she said was Opps. That's all! UGH! SO disappointing.
