  Do not go to this store!! This is not a corporate store and is third party—which they don’t tell you about. I went in to add a hot spot to my line for $10 more a month and then come to find out they changed my entire plan to a new omen and charged me $40 more a month. And don’t dare call customer service, they are a waste of time especially for a customer of over 8 years! Extremely rude. After all this I will be sure to have my entire family leave sprint!!

  I went to this Sprint store to upgrade myself and my husband's phones. Gina the store manager and Arianna were very pleasant and most helpful. I would highly recommend going to this store, excellent service :)
