  I cannot comment on the girls at the counter as I usually go to the drive through window and never had any problems. The 5 STAR RATING is for ALL the times I have called to talk to the Pharmacist. ALWAYS professional, ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS patient, ALWAYS knowledgeable…BETTER than the doctor when it comes to side effect, drug interactions, deciding the best over the counter drug to take, etc. I have thrown a lot of various questions to them over the years and have never been disappointed! IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS ABOUT DRUGS….CALL THIS CLINIC…THE PHARMACISTS ARE WONDERFUL!!! Also, if you go to a doctor's appointment or a walk-in clinic like St. Catherines, see if they will call your prescription in ahead of time so you don't have to wait. St. Cats called mine in and it was ready at pick up! Sorry to hear that others suffered at no-mercy treatment by staff. GREAT IDEA in calling having it called in while you sat there! THIS IS WHY I LOVE READING REVIEWS! THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME!
